The Levo SL is the original 'it just feels like a mountain bike' e-bike, and it's still one of the best. At around 18 kg, it moves like a regular trail bike — you can manual it, flick it, and jump it without fighting the weight.

50 Nm doesn't sound like much compared to the full-power bikes, but the point isn't to be dragged up the hill. It's to ride twice as many trails with the same legs. If you came from a regular mountain bike, this will feel like home.

Range is the limit. Get the extender if you do big rides.

What I like
  • Rides like a normal bike
  • Super quiet motor
  • Playful and light
What I don't
  • Smaller battery
  • You'll work harder on steep climbs

Long-term test pending. Specialized, if you'd like this one ridden and reviewed in full, let's talk.
